Recipe:
2 1/2 Cups luke warm water
2 Tbsp yeast granuals
3 Tbsp sugar
2 Tsp salt
5 Tbsp olive oil or cooking oil
6-7 Cups good flour (I use the Lehi Roller Mills flour from Costco)
Directions:
In mixing bowl (Kitchenaid), dissolve yeast into the luke warm water. Add sugar to help yeast dissolve and grow. Add salt and olive oil to yeast mixture. Blend well (about 1-2 min). Then add flour a little at a time (only add 6 cups to start). Blend until the dough has formed a nice ball in the bowl. Add additional flour (I usually add about 1/3 C) to dough and mix until it is the right consistency. You don't want your dough too sticky but you don't want it too dry. **You may have to make a few batches until you get the flour amount just right.
Coat a mixing bowl with cooking spray. Place dough in bowl and cover with plastic wrap that has been sprayed with cooking spray (this is so that your dough doesn't stick to the plastic). Let rise until double in size (about 20 minutes).

On a clean surface sprinkled with a little flour, cut dough in half. Place one half back in the bowl so that you can roll out the other half. Roll dough flat and press out bubbles with rolling pin. Then roll your dough kinda like you would with cinnamon rolls but tuck in the edges as you roll. This will form your loaf. Place shaped loaf into a bread pan coated with cooking spray. Cover with plastic wrap that has also bee coated in cooking spray. Repeat this same process with the other half of the dough.

Let rise again until double in size (about 20 minutes). While your loaves are rising, preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.

Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Voila!!!

This dough can also be used to make scones, rolls, cinnamon rolls, french bread, etc.
